Old Chicago opened its first location in Boulder, CO on the historic Pearl Street Mall in 1976. Now in its 30th year of operation, Old Chicago is a neighborhood favorite. Famous for its friendly service, this casual concept is complete with a menu featuring Chicago-style deep dish pizzas with made-from-scratch dough using only the freshest ingredients. Old Chicago offers guests a variety of choices in its traditional Chicago-style deep dish crust, thin crust, stuffed and specialty pizzas. Its menu also features delicious pasta entrees, calzones, salads, strombolis, sandwiches and Old Chicago’s famous Big Cookie.

Since nothing complements pizza better than beer, Old Chicago also offers 110 different brews from around the world with 30 on draft. True beer connoisseurs can join Old Chicago’s famous World Beer Tour and sample all 110 brews, earning both bragging rights and great prizes along the way. The World Beer Tour is a two-time winner of Cheers’ magazine’s “Best Bar Program” award in 2000 and 2005. Old Chicago is also ranked as one of the top 15 companies by Pizza Today Magazine
